Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable Service Technician to support our maintenance shop and fleet operations.  This entry-level role assist mechanics with routine service tasks and helps keep trucks, equipment, and the shop running efficiently.   Ideal for someone mechanically inclined and looking to grow in an industrial environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs

• Perform basic services including oil changes, greasing, fluid checks, and filter changes

• Wash and clean company trucks and equipment 

• Pick up parts and supplies from vendors as needed 

• Conduct basic inspections and safely operate company vehicles

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in vehicle/equipment maintenance

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to use basic hand tools 

• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions

• Willingness to learn and grow within the maintenance department 

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work outdoors and in a shop environment

• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work around heavy equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to read and write-no high school diploma required.
• Able to pass drug tests (pre-employment, random, and annual).
• Valid driver's license preferred but not required.
• Able to physically control industrial hydro blasting and vacuum equipment.
• Able to carry industrial hoses (up to 60 lbs.) up and down multiple flights of stairs.
• Must be able and not afraid to enter confined spaces through a man hole.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be safety conscious and have good work ethics.
